Individual, corporate or group self defence classes (either at your location or a park nearby)
Learn how self-awareness minimises the possibility of being caught in threatening situations; the role of mindfulness; and how to diffuse potential physical threats. Practise the skills, designed to be acquired quickly, to defend yourself in situations of commonly encountered threats to your person.
Over a series of classes, you will achieve the ultimate aim of equipping yourself with the skills to
negotiate circumstances of fight or flight.
These classes (at beginner and more advanced levels) are suitable for men, women and (especially female) teenagers to develop focus and awareness through participation in interactive two-person drills.
Self-defence training includes techniques, learnt at the outset of the course, for deterring bullies or warding off sexual aggressors. Classes are held close to where you live or work, in parks around the eastern suburbs.
For school teachers, a concise and effective defense training program is available.
